Cancellation policy: The Eddington House is a small inn and last minute cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, cancellations within 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a full charge unless the room can be re-rented.
We are a non-smoking inn.
We regret that the Eddington House cannot accommodate children under 12.

We had a great stay- your B&B is the most beautiful we've seen- fell in love with the colors and layout- very peaceful and clean looking- appreciate the "outdoor" indoors with all the greenery and plants.
